In 2014, Suzanne Vincent and Jean Vincent attended a forensic cold case seminar titled “Finding Closure” at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The program focused on investigative methodology, cold case analysis, and structured approaches to reviewing unresolved cases. It was a weekend educational experience designed to introduce participants to the foundations of forensic-style case evaluation and analytical reasoning.
During the seminar, participants engaged in lectures and discussions led by professionals in the field of forensic investigation and case analysis. The material covered included structured methods for reviewing case files, evaluating evidence, understanding investigative processes, and applying organized reasoning to complex or unresolved cases.
At the conclusion of the program, both Suzanne Vincent and Jean Vincent received a certificate of participation recognizing their completion of the weekend seminar.
Suzanne Vincent attended the program with a focus on developing structured case analysis skills alongside her intuitive approach to understanding unresolved investigations.
Jean Vincent attended alongside her, participating in the same learning experience and exploring similar methods of case review and interpretation.
The experience marked an early step in their continued interest in cold case work and investigative analysis, combining structured learning with intuitive interpretation. Over time, this foundation contributed to the development of Suzanne Vincent and Jean Vincent’s approach as a cold case analyst and intuitive investigator, integrating both analytical frameworks and perceptive insight when reviewing case material.
